Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own Vault’s product vision and roadmap, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform investments.
  • •Drive end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams to ship and iterate high-quality features.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership on technical and architectural decisions for scalable, secure, performant systems.
  • •Lead enterprise integrations strategy for document management systems (iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box) and related tools.
  • •Establish and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and value realization; mentor other product managers.

Salary: USD 177,700 - 266,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
  • •Proven experience owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products in enterprise SaaS, document/knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
  • •Strong technical acumen to collaborate with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
  • •Experience building products handling sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements.
  • •Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across engineers to executives, in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
