Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as internal expert on the product—features, roadmap, use cases, and technical underpinnings—and translate it into customer-facing positioning and messaging across the lifecycle.
  • •Enable Customer Success with onboarding, product deep-dives, feature launch training, and recurring office hours materials.
  • •Create adoption and retention content including feature explainers, playbooks, use-case guides, QBR narratives, expansion talk tracks, and product FAQs.
  • •Co-own launches and lifecycle marketing for new features and products, including webinar content and a changelog that drives product notifications and weekly emails.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, GTM Ops, GTM Engineering, and Marketing Engineering to manage the feedback loop and measure launch impact on adoption and retention.

Salary: USD 145,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years in product marketing, customer marketing, or product enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
  • •Experience partnering with Customer Success and supporting post-sale motions like adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • •Create enablement, launch, or customer-facing content you personally delivered.
  • •Comfort working in fast-moving product environments and keeping pace with an evolving roadmap.
  • •Technical depth to understand and explain APIs, data pipelines, AI model behavior, and platform architecture; AI/LLMs is a plus.
