Job Summary

Source and screen external candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for vacancies and proposal needs. Manage a portfolio of 10–12 concurrent searches across levels and disciplines, using an ATS and recruitment tools such as job boards, networking, and career fairs. Support the local Talent Acquisition Manager, develop interview protocols, ensure compliance with employment laws, and coordinate reference checks and handoffs to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement external sourcing strategies and assess candidates to manage the candidate search process.
•Build market pipelines of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
•Develop interview protocols and track applicants and candidates while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws.
•Perform reference verifications and support a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
•Use the ATS and other recruitment tools (job boards, networking, career/job fairs, professional organizations) to source and screen candidates.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from an agency or consultancy.
•Experience sourcing external passive candidates and managing multiple searches at once (10–12).
•Strong advisory/consulting skills with a service-oriented mindset.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver rapid turnaround on vacancy requests.
