Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creation and scaling of “Unicorn-level” ventures in China—turning validated opportunities into market pilots, building the venture operating models and governance that let R&D squads execute autonomously, and forging advertiser partnerships that strengthen the core product experience. You’ll also build and mentor a high-performance venture organization, run recurring data reviews, and codify playbooks to maximize venture P&L and speed to impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Incubate and launch ventures by transforming validated opportunities into “Unicorn-level” market pilots with signed lighthouse clients and exec-approved business models.
•Establish venture operating models, architecting governance, funding, and decision frameworks for autonomous milestone shipping by R&D squads.
•Forge strategic partnerships by negotiating and integrating advertiser partnerships into the core product experience to elevate global market positioning.
•Scale high-performance teams by hiring and mentoring key leaders, setting quality bars, and coaching managers to deliver independently.
•Drive venture P&L and playbook excellence through recurring data reviews and codifying playbooks to prioritize highest-leverage bets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record owning a multi-venture thesis in a hyper-growth environment, including disciplined scale/kill decisions.
•Expertise building high-velocity delivery engines that translate strategy into weekly execution plans using Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
•Deep understanding of growth and AdTech analytics (e.g., LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) with privacy and compliance readiness.
•Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
•Experience launching or scaling a major product in Rewarded User Acquisition or the fintech landscape (bonus).
