Specialist/Sr Specialist, Pilot Recruitment Operations

Track pilot candidates through the recruiting pipeline by monitoring progress, coordinating with Flight Training on class capacity and scheduling, and ensuring timely, professional email and phone communications. Collect and analyze feedback from recruiters and stakeholders to recommend process improvements that improve consistency and efficiency. Manage sensitive new hire information and help coordinate cross-team onboarding, supporting both immediate and long-term staffing needs.
