Develop and maintain compliance policies and regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to evolving legal and industry requirements. Lead compliance monitoring programs, conduct risk assessments, and oversee proactive remediation plans. Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure licensing and approvals are aligned with jurisdictional rules. Oversee compliance investigations, audits, regulatory updates, AML and sanction-related controls, and prepare compliance reports for timely senior management review. Drive compliance training and governance culture across the organization.
