Senior Sales Associate

Represent the brand in-store by driving sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Assist customers with product selection, convert shoppers into buyers, promote the loyalty program, and maintain high selling standards. Support merchandising and operations by following VM and stock guidelines, maintaining accurate inventory records, and handling POS/billing duties, cash till procedures, receipts, and refunds. Ensure store security awareness, follow SOP/loss prevention, and maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
