Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver superior service and support for deposit operations services to internal and external customers.
  • •Process daily debit card and ATM operations, including CRIS fraud monitoring, disputes, settlement, ATM error resolution, card controls, and ATM alert monitoring.
  • •Review and ensure required documentation is compliant, following operational controls and regulatory requirements.
  • •Coordinate intermediate business analytics control reports to meet operational reporting needs with the project team.
  • •Perform general ledger reconciliations and research/adjustments for disputes and inquiries, including setting up online banking accounts and ordering ATM/debit cards.
