Key Responsibilities

•Grow and develop sales by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts across East Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria).
•Execute results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison RFID product portfolio using technical knowledge of RFID transponders and their use cases.
•Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline for both new prospects and reactivating previous customers.
•Achieve sales and margin targets within the EMEA region while maintaining integrity and focusing on the most rewarding requests and customers.
•Understand the competitive landscape, assess trends, manage forecasts, and track activities in SalesForce.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an international business within the RFID industry or with highly technical products.
•Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written) plus a valid driving license.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects while partnering effectively with internal teams (Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Quality, Credit/Finance, Supply Chain & Operations).
•Solution-oriented self-starter with strong self-management, prioritization, and entrepreneurial thinking.
•Strong cultural empathy and relationship-building skills to operate within a complex multinational organization.
