Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct the six APS Performance Materials manufacturing sites across Europe via site managers to ensure compliant, safe and environmentally responsible operations.
  • •Set the safety, environmental, quality and operational excellence culture and prioritize cost efficiency across people, process, and product safety.
  • •Oversee staffing, succession planning, and organization building; mentor leaders with an emphasis on staff development and career planning.
  • •Drive capital investments and annual operations and capital budget development, control, and performance reporting.
  • •Develop and track KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting systems to keep the APS EU management team informed on site performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering or science degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years as site manager (preferred).
  • •Experience in international assignments and working in a multicultural environment, including managing remote international teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably plastic compounding experience.
