Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the VP of Platform Services and Engineering Managers to translate organizational priorities into executable technical program roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs from definition and planning through delivery and adoption.
  • •Manage goals, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and execution risks using clear operating rhythms to drive alignment across teams.
  • •Build program mechanisms such as roadmap reviews, status reporting, escalation paths, and success metrics to improve visibility and accountability.
  • •Identify systemic issues and execution gaps early, influence tradeoff decisions with technical and business stakeholders, and drive executive reporting and cross-organizational communications.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering program management within software, infrastructure, or platform organizations.
  • •15+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • •Proven experience leading large, ambiguous, multi-team programs with significant cross-functional dependencies and measurable business or platform impact.
  • •Strong technical fluency to engage engineering leaders on architecture, tradeoffs, delivery risks, and execution plans.
  • •Ability to structure programs, drive decision-making, and improve communication, governance, and execution across interdependent teams.
