Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor Candidate Experience Specialists and Coordinators to ensure balanced workloads, consistent processes, and timely issue resolution.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for interview scheduling and communication challenges, proactively removing roadblocks.
  • •Continuously improve interview scheduling workflows through automation, cross-functional collaboration, and operational metric tracking.
  • •Design and standardize interview experience guidelines and develop playbooks/SOPs for complex scenarios (e.g., executive interviews, international candidates).
  • •Manage accessibility accommodations inbox and oversee candidate travel expense and reimbursement processes in partnership with internal teams.

Key Requirements
