Key Responsibilities

•Assess and process precertification requests and claims against medical and policy criteria, deciding on eligibility and required approvals within agreed timeframes.
•Handle incoming calls and emails from healthcare providers and internal teams, clarifying medical information and explaining coverage or decisions in a professional, confidential manner.
•Coordinate daily workflow with colleagues and other departments to meet deadlines, reduce errors, and maintain high service levels in a 24/7, shift-based operation.
•Identify and report issues, errors, or unusual cases, suggesting practical improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working.
•Maintain accurate, complete records in our systems and follow operational standards, guidelines and regulatory requirements at all times.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Anesthesia and Intensive Care (or closely related), with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
•1+ year of claims or precertification experience in an insurance or TPA environment.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in French, English and Arabic.
•Proven ability to stay accurate and organised under pressure in shift work with attention to detail.
•Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable using multiple systems.
