Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments.
  • •Support monthly Selling and Marketing close; analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
  • •Manage company-wide financial reporting for the Finance department, ELT, and Board to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • •Manage planning cycles in OneStream and oversee SG&A people planning.
  • •Build financial models and conduct ad hoc analysis; analyze cost drivers, refresh enterprise P&Ls, and support process improvements and automation while managing a team of two.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • •6+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L structures, consolidation, intercompany, and financial analysis.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling (pivot tables, complex formulas like XLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH).
  • •Experience with financial systems (OneStream and SAP preferred) and strong communication skills partnering with business leaders.
