Job Summary

Join Yum! Brands to support the SIC Treasury and Global Tax function by ensuring accurate accounting, reporting and management of holding and investment entities across the Yum! structure. You’ll engage in monthly/quarterly close, intercompany transactions, consolidations, statutory accounts, and cash tax processes, working with multinational teams in a remote Malta-based role.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and post period close activities for SIC entities, including intercompany transactions and currency revaluations.
•Maintain and coordinate intercompany loan activity with Treasury, including execution, renewal and settlement.
•Prepare interest entries for notional pooling accounts and support consolidation analyses across international entities.
•Perform intercompany elimination analysis for the international loan and notional pooling portfolio.
•Assist with annual statutory accounts, tax returns and country-by-country reporting; coordinate audits and ensure compliance for Yum! Malta entities.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong academic record in accounting modules. PA designation or equivalent experience preferred.
•2 - 4 years of financial reporting and/or public accounting experience.
•Experience with international accounting and consolidations, treasury transactions and foreign currency issues a plus.
•Strong Excel skills; SmartView, HFM, FDMEE and JD Edwards a plus but not essential.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
