Job Summary

Audit retail shops and service centers according to an audit plan, performing regular evaluations of products and repairs. Record inspection results, inspect employee/technician certification compliance, and monitor CCTV while following the full repair cycle from creation to closure. Inspect KBBs against KPIs and prepare audit reports and analytical findings for local and senior management. Support vendor audits when required.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct weekly audits of retail shops following the retail audit program and required operating procedures.
•Conduct weekly audits of service centers, including the quality of repairs, using Apple manuals and guidelines.
•Follow task checklists in shop or service branches and verify employee/technician certification status and compliance.
•Inspect KBBs against agreed KPIs, highlight issues, and report findings.
•Examine financial records and documentation, prepare audit reports, and present findings and improvement recommendations to management.

Key Requirements

•Apple Certified Macintosh or iOS technician.
•English communication skills (good oral and written).
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Experience:3-4 years

Education:Bachelor's in Engineering
