Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own verification scope and contribute through verification planning, requirements traceability, simulation, integration, debug, closure, and delivery activities.
  • •Establish and expand SystemVerilog and UVM environments, reusable verification infrastructure, and UVC development with minimal support.
  • •Define verification objectives, perform verification completeness assessments, and drive metrics-based closure using coverage, requirements traceability, bug trends, and risk assessments.
  • •Perform system-level troubleshooting across RTL, testbench, firmware/software, integration, and specification boundaries as needed by role level.
  • •Mentor engineers and lead technical efforts/workstreams to support verification team success and closure leadership activities.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of professional engineering experience in ASIC, FPGA, or SoC design verification (or BS/MS with 7+ years), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Strong experience with SystemVerilog for simulation testbench development and RTL debugging, including fluent UVM experience (environment development).
  • •Demonstrated experience standing up verification environments and reusable infrastructure across 2+ projects.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance post-start, with U.S. Citizenship required as a condition of employment.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical) or Computer Science/Data Science/Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
