Job Summary

Join the A220 Pre-FAL Material Planning team to build daily production plans and ensure parts are delivered to the final assembly line at the right time. You’ll coordinate with production teams and suppliers, define delivery priorities with the Work Planner, manage coverage visibility using Estimated Coverage Dates, and execute planning transactions in SAP. You’ll also handle cannibalization requests, respond to ANDON alerts, escalate critical issues, and support continuous improvement in material flow.

•Ensure supply availability at work stations in strict compliance with the integrated plan.
•Define part delivery priorities in close collaboration with the Work Planner.
•Maintain inventory visibility by providing Estimated Coverage Dates (ECD) for parts under your responsibility.
•Execute supply planning transactions in SAP and manage cannibalization requests as gatekeeper and approver.
•Communicate priorities, manage alerts/escalations, support ANDON and AOS routines, and assist with Kanban/consumables during escalations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering (or a DEC) with equivalent experience.
•2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or production planning.
•Relevant experience in the automotive or aerospace industry (asset).
•Strong interest in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles.
•Working knowledge of French and English, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; SAP experience is an asset.
