Key Responsibilities

•Lead energy and carbon strategies, performance modelling inputs and evidence-based reporting for complex projects.
•Coordinate day-to-day sustainability delivery across multi-disciplinary teams, aligning inputs to programme and client priorities.
•Lead bids, proposals and major frameworks: shape technical approach, scope, programme, resourcing and value proposition.
•Mentor consultants and oversee resourcing, delivery forecasting and budgets across live projects and bids.
•Ensure compliance with UK legislation, planning policy, sustainability standards (e.g., BREEAM, WELL, NABERS; LEED where applicable) and maintain quality/robust evidence.

Key Requirements

•Degree in engineering, environmental, architectural or sustainability-related discipline.
•Chartered status (or working towards chartership) with a relevant professional institution.
