  • •Turn strategic objectives into actionable plans, phased implementations, and scalable, compliant processes that improve customer experience.
  • •Drive performance management against KPIs/SLAs, refresh expectations, and address underperformance with actionable plans.
  • •Ensure quality through established frameworks, root-cause analysis, and incident response from detection through remediation.
  • •Lead projects end-to-end and manage stakeholder communication across Product and senior leadership to align with OKRs and goals.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of experience in KYC/AML, financial crime, compliance, or a related role in financial services.
  • •At least 3 years of experience leading small to medium-sized teams.
  • •Advanced understanding of the regulatory framework for KYC, FinCrime, and regulatory/operational compliance.
  • •Strong knowledge of money laundering methods and other financial crime trends, with ability to translate best practices into Wise’s needs.
  • •Experience forecasting and strategically moving team metrics, with strong project management and organizational skills.
