Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with R&D teams to anticipate technical needs and ensure the right components and materials are available on time.
  • •Centralize and harmonize orders across R&D modules to improve cost efficiency and streamline processes.
  • •Support supplier negotiations and manage end-to-end procurement from sourcing and placing orders through contractualization.
  • •Monitor and measure supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Ensure on-time, in-full deliveries, maintaining accurate order tracking, documentation, and reporting to support project visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • •+3 years of relevant experience in industrial procurement or purchasing, preferably in defense, aerospace, consumer electronics, or automotive.
  • •Ability to understand component specifications; hands-on experience with electronic and/or mechanical components is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification to contractualization and performance follow-up.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and manage stakeholders across multiple departments.
