Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of engineering experience in firmware, DSP, and algorithm development, with strong audio algorithm development experience.
  • •2+ years leading successful cross-functional engineering teams from initial development through product launch.
  • •B.S. in Software, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
  • •Proven ability to run a highly technical, multi-disciplinary engineering team and deliver sophisticated electronics systems engineering results.
  • •Hands-on firmware (C) and real-time audio DSP development, including DSP algorithm design, optimization, and validation using MATLAB/Simulink or similar.
