Key Responsibilities

  • •Write secure, fast, and scalable code for backend and frontend in production, independently or with lightweight collaboration.
  • •Test, deploy, and maintain features across the stack, collaborating with the CTO, CEO, and designer to deliver end-to-end features within a day.
  • •Utilize AI tools to accelerate software development and iterate on models and prompts as appropriate.
  • •Keep frontend performance fast and optimize for SEO and AEO while ensuring robust web security practices.
  • •Participate in an asynchronous, minimal-meeting work culture and contribute to product design and UX improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to write and ship end-to-end software with a focus on performance and security
  • •Experience with our tech stack: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Vue.js, Tailwind, Docker
  • •Familiarity with AI-assisted development and prompt engineering (Claude Code, Cursor, opencode)
  • •Willingness to work independently, communicate asynchronously, and participate in a fast-moving startup environment
  • •Ability to prioritize and ship features with minimal meetings and strong UX focus
