Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze existing processes with cross-functional stakeholders to identify efficient automation opportunities and ROI.
  • •Design scalable automation solutions using RPA, developing workflow diagrams, process maps, and technical specifications.
  • •Build, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions; monitor production automations for performance and accuracy.
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain RPA workflows and integrations, manage updates and version control; ensure documentation is current.
  • •Provide training and ongoing support to end users and business teams, collaborating with IT and business units.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4+ years of experience in automation, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency with MS Power Platform and other RPA tools; understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • •Experience analyzing business processes and documenting workflows; familiarity with SDLC and change management.
