The Automation Analyst identifies, designs, deploys, and supports robotic process automation (RPA) and other workflow automation solutions across the organization. Collaborates with business stakeholders and IT to improve operational efficiency, document processes, and deliver measurable value through scalable automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze existing processes with cross-functional stakeholders to identify efficient automation opportunities and ROI.
•Design scalable automation solutions using RPA, developing workflow diagrams, process maps, and technical specifications.
•Build, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions; monitor production automations for performance and accuracy.
•Troubleshoot and maintain RPA workflows and integrations, manage updates and version control; ensure documentation is current.
•Provide training and ongoing support to end users and business teams, collaborating with IT and business units.

Key Requirements

•2–4+ years of experience in automation, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
•Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Proficiency with MS Power Platform and other RPA tools; understanding of APIs and system integrations.
•Experience analyzing business processes and documenting workflows; familiarity with SDLC and change management.
