Job Summary

Partner with HR and the business to manage contingent and non-permanent workforce needs across the UK and international markets. Own the contingent engagement process, manage recruitment agencies and payroll providers, oversee supplier performance and commercial governance, and handle operational escalations. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and regions as a subject-matter expert, ensuring audit-ready compliance. Deliver monthly reporting and insights on contingent workforce activity using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the contingent workforce engagement process for independent contractors and temp workers in the UK via the AutoNow portal, ensuring compliance with IR35 and approved agencies.
•Update AutoNow processes in partnership with the AutoNow Development team for tax/employment law requirements and process improvements.
•Oversee recruitment supplier relationships and contingent workforce escalations, coordinating with Commercial Law as needed.
•Work with the third-party payroll provider to resolve contingent worker queries and escalations with HR, Tax, Finance, and Employment Law.
•Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and international regions, and produce monthly contingent workforce reporting using Power BI.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or workforce operations.
•Strong organisational and project management skills, including managing multiple priorities.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach across all levels.
•Knowledge of UK employment law and IR35 compliance is desirable.
•Experience with UK Apprenticeship Levy programmes is preferred; thorough MS Office knowledge is essential.
