Principal Applied Machine Learning Scientist

Lead applied machine learning research to predict a member’s next health trajectory and determine the next-best intervention most likely to improve outcomes at specific moments. Build individual- and population-level trajectory models from messy longitudinal healthcare data, and design decision and recommendation policies with clinically meaningful evaluation standards. Serve as the senior scientific lead, mentor ML researchers, and partner with product, platform, MLOps, and clinical teams to productionize and monitor algorithms.
