Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership on high-priority commercial opportunities and challenges using data-driven insights and first-principles thinking.
•Design and evolve operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that bridge strategy to scalable ways of working for the sales organization.
•Lead Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System by translating early-stage ideas into operating models, incentives, workflows, playbooks, and guidance.
•Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other teams to deliver scalable commercial initiatives.
•Establish success metrics, drive measurement rigor, and manage change through experimentation, adoption support, and continuous refinement of operating models.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
•Advanced proficiency with data manipulation in Google Sheets/Excel and the ability to independently analyze large datasets to craft executive-level narratives.
•Ability to interpret basic SQL and/or use modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to prompt and generate queries.
•Proven track record leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
•Bachelor's degree required.
