Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary supply chain liaison for demand/supply alignment, material readiness, and project delivery schedules for NX Foundation Solutions.
  • •Own end-to-end supply chain execution from early-stage handoff through delivery, closeout, and field support for foundation solutions construction projects.
  • •Manage on-time and on-budget delivery for foundation hardware, installation equipment, and spare parts/up-fit kits to support field operations.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with departments including Product Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Fleet Management, Finance, and Project Operations to drive integrated planning and execution.
  • •Manage and develop the supply chain team, establish spare parts programs, implement inventory control systems, and provide executive-level KPI and risk reporting.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations, with exposure to construction, solar, industrial equipment, or machinery industries.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing regional or global teams.
  • •Strong planning, forecasting, and inventory management skills for project-based logistics.
  • •Advanced user of planning and data tools (e.g., Anaplan, Excel, Access, ERP systems).
