AVP, Business Banking - Hang seng Bank (HK)

Develop, manage, and monitor a portfolio of SME customers by extending appropriate commercial banking facilities. Drive business targets while balancing operating expense and credit risk management. Build and maintain customer and strategic partner relationships to acquire new business. Lead, coach, and support junior team members, and monitor the quality of the loan book to minimize risk exposure and ensure controls and total quality management.
