Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, answering employee questions and working with providers
  • •Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with accuracy
  • •Maintain and update employee data in Workday to ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • •Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region
  • •Plan and execute team events, office activations, and culture initiatives across EMEA offices

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role
  • •Hands-on experience with Workday, with the ability to keep data clean and accurate
  • •High attention to detail when managing documents, contracts, and employee data
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • •Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
