Job Summary

Support Sephora's Carousel team as a part-time Retail Assistant, helping customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness. You'll deliver a welcoming shopping experience, learn products through our online platform and in-store trainers, and work a 3-day-per-week schedule including peak late-night and weekend hours. Key Responsibilities

•Create an exceptional customer experience by welcoming customers and understanding their needs across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
•Promote Sephora products and services, including CRM program benefits, and educate customers on features and benefits.
•Collaborate with teammates across departments to deliver a seamless shopping journey and drive sales.
•Participate in onboarding and ongoing beauty expert training to continuously expand product knowledge.
•Support store operations, including availability for 3 days per week during peak trading times.

Key Requirements

•Previous sales experience in a retail or customer facing environment with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
•Availability to provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability.
•Willingness to participate in onboarding training and ongoing learning through the online platform and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
•Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and sharing knowledge of Sephora’s brands with customers and teammates.
•Able to learn quickly, adapt to cross-training across departments (beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness).
