Key Responsibilities

  • •Set annual and multi-year strategy for new corporate revenue, including national goals, target sectors, and priority prospect lists.
  • •Lead identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and closing of new national corporate partners, managing a personal high-priority prospect portfolio.
  • •Serve as primary strategist and central relationship manager for prospective corporate partners and represent TFA to corporate funders.
  • •Manage and develop direct reports to meet new-revenue goals, including onboarding, coaching, and building an inclusive team culture.
  • •Explore and responsibly apply AI tools to strengthen prospect research, pipeline management, proposal development, and internal workflows.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 139,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to build and manage a high-performing corporate business development function from strategy through execution.
  • •Expertise in corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and/or corporate partnerships.
  • •Proficient senior-level relationship management with C-suite executives and corporate foundation leaders.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and pitch delivery.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; proficient in Microsoft Office with experience with Salesforce required.
