Senior Manager Program/Project Management

Lead highly complex program and project execution for custom networks, partnering with Enterprise Ops and other business units to drive deployment and spend forecasting and measurement. Own scope definition, stakeholder alignment, project plans, financials, and business cases across multiple programs, while managing cross-functional delivery teams. Track progress and risks end-to-end, mentor teams to deliver on time and within budget, and measure performance using EVM, CPI, and SPI.
