Key Responsibilities

  • •Directs maintenance personnel to ensure all systems operate at peak capability to meet production schedules, quality, costs, and priorities.
  • •Improve reliability and maintenance methods to reduce costs and prevent production downtime from equipment failures.
  • •Determine equipment capabilities, safety and operational condition in coordination with Supervisors and technicians.
  • •Develop preventative maintenance procedures to extend equipment life and reduce maintenance costs.
  • •Coordinate continuous improvement of processes through equipment modifications and systematic upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred; minimum 1-5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • •Familiarity with maintenance management system operations
  • •Experience implementing and maintaining TPM systems preferred
  • •Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems including ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems is a plus
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, afternoons, midnights, and weekends
