Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the strategic and operational HR partner for assigned retail regions, enabling business managers and store leaders to deliver results.
  • •Attend regional business reviews and convert business priorities into people actions while providing insights on manpower, attrition, productivity, and engagement.
  • •Maintain store-wise manpower mapping, identify critical vacancies, prioritize hiring with TA, and monitor attrition to recommend preventive actions.
  • •Support performance review cycles, flag weak links early, and drive structured induction and onboarding for the region.
  • •Handle employee relations and compliance matters (disciplinary cases through terminations) and ensure control of visa status, contract compliance, and documentation; conduct store visits and report weekly on key HR metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Partner closely with regional, business, and store managers and translate business priorities into people actions.
  • •Manage workforce planning, including manpower mapping (budget vs. actual vs. gap) and prioritize critical vacancies.
  • •Support performance review cycles and identify high-potential store managers, creating action plans for weak links.
  • •Handle employee relations activities such as disciplinary cases, investigations, warnings, terminations, and ensure policy compliance with accurate documentation.
  • •Maintain reporting and governance with dashboards tracking manpower gaps, attrition, ER cases, and completed store visits.
