Job Summary

Analyze guest traffic, workforce, flight, and operational data to identify demand patterns, staffing gaps, utilization issues, and improvement opportunities across terminals. Validate terminal staffing requirements, support roster alignment, and build demand forecasting and resource models. Track workforce and service KPIs, produce management reports and performance profiles, and create automated dashboards using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python while maintaining data quality and conducting root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze guest traffic, workforce, flight, and operational data using trend analysis, variance analysis, and demand-pattern reviews to identify peaks, staffing gaps, utilization issues, and improvement opportunities.
•Assess and validate terminal staffing requirements by reviewing guest traffic, flight schedules, operational standards, service demand, and peak-period needs to align headcount to terminal requirements.
•Support operational workforce alignment by providing data-driven inputs on staffing gaps, coverage requirements, role distribution, and shift demand for workforce planning decisions.
•Prepare workforce rosters and shift coverage plans by mapping available resources across terminals, roles, shifts, and demand periods to ensure coverage and reduce service disruption risk.
•Develop demand forecasting and resource requirement models and monitor terminal performance KPIs, producing management reports, automated dashboards, and recommendations to support evidence-based decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
•Typically requires a minimum of 1 years of experience in operational planning, resource planning, workforce scheduling, performance analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting.
•Professional certification or training in data analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, workforce/resource planning, operational planning, Lean Six Sigma, or business analysis (preferred).
•Practical experience analyzing traffic volumes, workforce coverage, flight schedules, operational KPIs, service levels, and resource utilization.
•Experience preparing rosters, shift coverage plans, staffing requirement analysis, operational reports, dashboards, and performance profiles; exposure to Hajj, Umrah, major events, or seasonal demand cycles (preferred).
