Build customer relationships and drive deposit, loan, and fee-based product sales by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Partner with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment teams to refer customers for holistic solutions. Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach customers and schedule periodic financial reviews, meet production goals, and support revenue growth while adhering to risk and ethics policies. Complete onboarding, rotations, and certification for the Retail Personal Banker II role.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
•Provide sales guidance to CSRs, refer customers to business partners, and help meet/exceed customer experience and production goals while following policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
