Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead talent acquisition efforts including interviewing, evaluating candidates, and presenting viable options to managers.
  • •Coordinate onboarding processes for all new hires and serve as primary point of contact to ensure smooth integration.
  • •Implement internal training and communication programs; actively participate in meetings and events to ensure programs are understood and executed; manage event logistics and vendor coordination.
  • •Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support development of strategies improving turnover, training, climate, and engagement.
  • •Support the HR team through logistics, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable effective HR operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Talent acquisition leadership: lead interviews (in-person or virtual), manage assessments, and present viable candidates to managers.
  • •Onboarding coordination: coordinate onboarding for all new employees and serve as main touchpoint for guidance and integration.
  • •Internal communications and training: implement internal training and communication strategies, participate in meetings and events, and manage logistics for internal events.
  • •Educational background: degree in psychology, human resources, administration or related field.
  • •Language: intermediate English.
