Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop core blockchain modules.
  • •Maintain systems and perform performance optimization.
  • •Track industry technology trends and implement them in production.
  • •Implement and optimize P2P networking to support high-concurrency services.
  • •Work across consensus, cryptography, data structures/storage, and execution environments (e.g., EVM/EVM gas model).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field, with at least 5+ years of development experience and blockchain core/bottom-layer development experience.
  • •Proficiency in Go and Rust (Rust is required).
  • •Strong Linux system programming, process/threads, and network IO; experience with P2P protocols (libp2p, Kademlia) and Gossip for high-concurrency network services.
  • •Understanding of consensus mechanisms including PoW, PoS, PBFT, and HotStuff, including Byzantine fault tolerance and consistency principles.
  • •Familiarity with CosmosSDK, cryptography (Keccak, ECDSA/EdDSA/BLS, secp256k1, zkSNARK/zkSTARK), and core data structures/storage (Merkle Tree, Patricia Trie, Verkle Tree; LevelDB/RocksDB).
