Job Summary

Represent Jerry authentically in online communities where car insurance and repair conversations happen. Build and grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, create a community show-up playbook, and grow trusted subreddits. Partner with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency, scale content and engagement with help from AI, and measure impact using sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

•Ability to make “boring” or “stressful” categories feel human, authentic, and worth following.
•A long-game mindset focused on organic trust over quick PR wins.
