Job Summary

Support delivery of Allianz Australia’s Sustainability Strategy by partnering with stakeholders to uplift capability, monitor progress, and produce meaningful reporting and insights. Manage sustainability data and dashboard updates with business teams, embed accountability for sustainable practices, and create engaging sustainability communications for internal and external audiences. Translate priorities into executive-ready presentations, reports, and practical tools, while providing operational support to the sustainability team.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business teams to manage sustainability data, track progress, and support accurate reporting and dashboard updates.
•Drive adoption of sustainable practices by embedding accountability and supporting change across the business.
•Develop sustainability communications for internal and external audiences, including written/digital content, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and events.
•Prepare executive and Board reporting with insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
•Create practical tools, guidance, and resources to help teams embed sustainability into everyday activities and reporting, and provide operational support to the sustainability team.

Key Requirements

•Relevant tertiary qualifications in sustainability, environmental studies, communications, public relations, business, or a related discipline, with experience in financial services or insurance highly regarded.
•Experience in sustainability, ESG, communications, or a related field, with strong understanding of sustainability principles and emerging issues.
•Collaborative approach with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
•Strong communication skills, including creating compelling presentations, reports, and executive-ready content.
•Ability to translate strategy into practical initiatives, communications, and tools that drive awareness, engagement, and behaviour change.
