Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and assess clients with hearing loss, interpreting audiometric exams and other clinical information.
  • •Select, recommend, and adapt hearing aids (AASI) and accessories based on each client’s needs.
  • •Run the sales process for recommended products following AudioNova commercial policies (pricing, payment terms, promotions).
  • •Perform fine adjustments and ongoing monitoring to ensure hearing aid adaptation and client satisfaction.
  • •Implement the AudioNova treatment program, continuously tracking the client journey and maintaining complete, accurate internal records.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete higher education in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology (Fonoaudiologia) with an active CRFa registration.
  • •Genuine interest in audiology care and customer-facing performance/commercial activities.
  • •Ability to communicate with empathy and strong focus on the client.
  • •Strong organization, responsibility, and proactivity in client service and record keeping.
  • •Desirable experience selling hearing aids and working with senior audiences.
