Cost Manager- Bristol, Cardiff & Plymouth

Manage contract and cost activities for infrastructure projects in the transport and utilities sectors across the UK Southwest. Build client and contractor relationships while monitoring costs, forecasting to completion, and managing cost variance and contract cash flow. Support delivery of KPIs and value engineering, handle contract change within governance, and help ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed.
