  • •Coordinate with Account Representatives and internal teams to maintain close, long-term relationships with clients.
  • •Work with System Integrators and Project Managers during early adoption and technically challenging projects to ensure successful implementations.
  • •Recommend technical architectures, data/model design, development patterns, migration strategies, upgrade procedures, and operational best practices.
  • •Design, build, and present Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and prototypes; support beta test programs and pre-launch activities.
  • •Deliver standard and customized on-site training and support marketing activities at trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Software Developer, or related role in the Financial Services domain.
  • •Ability to handle technical questions and provide solutions during the sales cycle, including architecture design and technical documentation.
  • •Experience with object-oriented programming and/or enterprise application development and “vibe coding.”
  • •Working knowledge of relational or non-relational databases using SQL or NoSQL and data engineering using Python, GenAI, RAG, and MCP.
