Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical roadmap and deliverables for core digital workspace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Filecloud, etc.), delivering predictable update cadences.
  • •Build custom automations and API-first integrations across the SaaS stack and internal systems to reduce manual overhead and improve reliability.
  • •Lead incident resolution and run post-mortems for outages or misconfigurations within your domain, participating in escalation/support as needed.
  • •Mentor and assist engineers across the domain, including onboarding and knowledge sharing to avoid single points of failure.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Security, and IAM to provide roadmap feedback and ensure availability, reliability, security, observability, and compliance auditing for third-party tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level administration of enterprise Google Workspace (excluding GCP) and Slack (e.g., Enterprise Grid, Slack apps, Workflow Builder).
  • •Strong experience managing secondary corporate SaaS and collaboration tooling at scale (e.g., Microsoft/Office 365, Filecloud, DocuSign, Adobe, Calendly).
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python or JavaScript/Apps Script preferred) to interact with SaaS REST APIs and build automation/tooling.
  • •Deep proficiency with GAM to manage domain, user settings, and administrative tasks via the command line.
  • •Solid understanding of security best practices for digital workspace environments, including DLP, conditional access, and third-party app governance.
