Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage large-scale, global ES-A transformation programs, including the Enovia upgrade initiative.
  • •Develop and execute deployment strategies and establish governance, milestones, and success metrics with reporting mechanisms.
  • •Drive program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control activities.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement across ES-A Engineering, IT, and EFE teams to align leaders and resolve competing priorities.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, IT, operations, and business functions to monitor performance and support change management and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
  • •10+ years of program or project management experience in a global, matrixed environment.
  • •Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, PLM, ERP, or systems deployment initiatives.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • •Preferred: PMP, PgMP, PROLaunch, or equivalent program management certification.
