Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable savings through process efficiencies and support global products regionally by function or market.
  • •Plan and standardize CTLA processes by sharing best practices across markets to enhance cost effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • •Monitor daily BAU deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness per agreed PLA/SLAs and manage capacity planning and prioritization.
  • •Manage customer-centric quality campaigns and proactively identify and resolve problem situations; escalate where necessary to prevent recurrence.
  • •Lead and develop staff, ensure performance management processes are implemented consistently, and maintain internal control, compliance policy implementation, and operational risk awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance and accounting and/or relevant work experience.
