Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and engage the team, develop talent, support career progression, and handle HR follow-up (objectives, performance reviews, personal development).
  • •Recruit by identifying needs, specifying technical competencies, qualifying candidates, and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • •Build team mastery of supply chain and MRO methods, training, innovation, and professional development.
  • •Support Project Managers with technical choices, challenge approaches, and defend options to ensure solution relevance.
  • •Ensure clear reporting and support the team to achieve quality and timeline objectives set by the Project Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in industrial engineering or supply chain-related fields.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in supply chain, ideally including supply chain management, plus initial management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of supply chain, including end-to-end flow understanding and obsolescence concepts.
  • •Mastery of multi-project management principles to support and guide teams.
  • •Knowledge of internal processes/tools (AH), such as change process and MCO concepts.
