•Lead and develop leaders and teams across Web, Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Mid-Funnel & Channel Programs.
•Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing marketing talent; set priorities, expectations, and accountability measures.
•Own revenue marketing strategy and pipeline generation performance across the full customer acquisition funnel.
•Establish forecasting rigor, pipeline management processes, and performance reporting for executive visibility into pipeline health, risks, and opportunities.
•Lead the transition from an inbound-led demand model to a diversified, AI-first revenue generation engine; define AI-powered demand generation strategy and partner with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Product leaders to improve funnel conversion and revenue outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA/advanced degree a plus).
•12+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, growth marketing, or related leadership roles.
•Proven experience leading revenue marketing organizations in B2B SaaS or other high-volume B2B environments.
•Demonstrated ownership of significant pipeline targets and measurable revenue outcomes, including managing annual marketing investments exceeding $50M.
•Deep expertise in modern marketing technology, revenue operations, marketing automation, attribution, analytics, and demand generation systems; experience using AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
