Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners through virtual and onsite meetings.
  • •Lead discovery and product demonstrations, identifying how Workiva solutions align to customer/prospect needs.
  • •Demonstrate expertise across financial reporting, GRC, and sustainability reporting and develop domain knowledge for relevant use cases.
  • •Build proof of concepts, process assessments, and partner-specific business cases to validate requirements and value.
  • •Partner with implementation partners and Client Services to support customer success and smooth onboarding; may coach peers.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of related experience.
  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
  • •Strong financial reporting, GRC, or sustainability reporting knowledge (or ability to rapidly develop deep domain expertise).
  • •Experience engaging and presenting to business or IT managers and executives.
  • •Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies/architectures, and connectivity/integration (API) is preferred.
